We're on the hunt for a social & digital marketer to join our awesome team. This is a perfect role for someone who has 3-4 years of experience in social media and/or digital marketing under their belt (either agency or client-side) and is keen to level up.

Based in Kingsland, Matter helps Kiwi brands get serious results from social media. We offer a friendly, down-to-earth and flexible working environment, a diverse range of clients and plenty of opportunity to learn and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

As Account Manager, your role will see you working on a range of different client accounts - from SaaS brands to durable products, to leaders in the health sector.

Your work day might see you developing a social display campaign, writing post captions, making Reels and TikToks, analysing monthly social results or sourcing social creative.

It's important to note that this is not a 'fluffy' marketing role - yes we produce beautiful creative, but just as important is our focus on testing and optimising our efforts to deliver measurable results.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to be:

• Passionate about social media and digital marketing, with 3-4 years' career experience

• Objective-focussed, proactive and a self-starter

• A strong writer (NZ English)

• Great at developing and maintaining good working relationships with people from all walks of life

• Curious and willing to learn (social and digital marketing is constantly evolving!)

• A good fit with our team - we are down-to-earth, highly supportive of each other and love having a laugh

This role is based in Auckland, New Zealand. Applicants will need a full Drivers Licence and the ability to live and work in New Zealand on a permanent basis.
